Cheers to my co-worker and I - another successful event. We had over 100 people through the door and everyone seemed to have a great time. I loved reconnecting with a few people from my college days, a few I haven't seen in 8 years. Craziness.It was a long day though. At one point, we waited 45min outside for a cab that never came - and it was in the low 40s. At another point, I felt so tired and not chipper, I didn't know how I would make it through the rest of the evening schmoozing. But once I saw a friend or two and got into deeper conversations, I was happy as a clam.The wine didn't hurt either.Took full advantage of the tub in my hotel room again. Setting the alarm for enough time to write my morning pages, shower, pack up and eat the continental breakfast. Then it's a cab back to BNA and two 3 hr flights back to LA. Hoping for a smooth and safe travel day.How are things in your neck of the woods? xo
