This Grateful Season - Full Rainbow

Today, on the way to a Sunday dinner gathering with friends, we saw the most spectacular rainbow! Of course the pictures can't even begin to do it justice, but there it was.First, it was a thick line that seemed to appear from the sky and move down to the west of us.Then, as we drove towards it, we could see more of it's upper region come into view.It was so bright and full in view as a second one appeared to the left, an echo, a whimsical double. The best part, which I couldn't photograph, was that as we broke the climb at the top of the 405 freeway, we could see the entire thing. Never before have I seen an entire rainbow, the full on arc, running from somewhere in front of us to miles and miles east.Amazing.~ ~ ~**For the month of November, I’m posting something each day that I’m grateful for. It may be as long as an intricate post, as short as a quote, as simple as a link or as wordless as a photograph. A friend has come on board. Join us? #gratefulseason
