60min face-to-face meetings on Zoom
Meeting once per week at a set time
Sharing (and definitely sometimes unloading) whatever you’re going through that feels most challenging, present, problematic, or joyful
Me, asking you lots of curious questions that help you parse out what you’re thinking and feeling
You, investigating unhelpful beliefs, making new connections, and discovering more of who you truly are
Me, listening intently and reflecting back to you an expanded version of yourself
